South Africa Shipping
We currently ship within South Africa only.
Shipping costs are quoted individually per order to ensure you receive the most accurate and cost-effective delivery option. Please contact us directly via WhatsApp for a personalised shipping quote before or after checkout.
We make use of trusted courier partners such as The Courier Guy and Postnet, depending on the size, value, and destination of your parcel.
If you purchase more than one item, we are happy to combine shipping where possible to help reduce costs.
All items are carefully and securely packaged to ensure they arrive safely. Orders are usually dispatched within 24–48 hours once payment has cleared.
Tracking details will be provided as soon as your parcel has been sent.
Insurance
Insurance is optional but recommended for higher-value items.Please request this in advance should you wish to insure your parcel so that we can include it in your shipping quote.
International Shipping
At present, we do not offer international or overseas shipping.
We apologise for any inconvenience and hope to offer this service in the future.
Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be delighted with your purchase.
If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item to discuss an exchange or store credit.
Returns are accepted under the following conditions:
- Items must be returned within 10 working days of delivery
- Items must be in the same condition as received
- Return shipping and insurance are the responsibility of the buyer
- Damaged, altered, or broken items cannot be accepted for return.
Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a store credit or exchange will be arranged.
