Shipping & Delivery

How long does shipping take?
Most orders are processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Delivery times depend on your location, but we carefully choose reliable couriers to ensure each antique arrives safely and promptly.

Do you ship nationwide?
Yes. We ship to all addresses within South Africa. Each item is professionally packaged to prevent damage during transit.

Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your order is dispatched, a tracking number will be emailed to you so you can monitor its journey.

Do you offer express shipping?
At present, standard shipping is used to ensure careful handling of all antiques. If you require special arrangements, please contact us directly.

Returns & Refunds

Can I return an item?
Returns are accepted only if the item arrives damaged or is materially different from its description. Due to the unique nature of antiques, all other returns are not accepted.

How do refunds work?
Refunds are processed once returned items are received and inspected. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

What if my item is damaged in transit?
Please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the circumstances.

Product Authenticity & Provenance

Are the antiques genuine?
Absolutely. Each item in our collection is vetted for authenticity, provenance, and condition by experts.

Are sterling silver items hallmarked?
Yes. All silver pieces are hallmarked and verified for purity before being listed.

How do you ensure quality?
Every item is carefully inspected for craftsmanship, condition, and historical significance before it is offered in our gallery.

How do I care for silver items?
Use a soft cloth for regular dusting and gentle polish occasionally. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cloths, as they can damage patina or detail.

How should I care for porcelain?
Handle with care and avoid sudden temperature changes. Clean with a soft cloth and mild detergent only.

How should I care for crystal or glassware?
Dust regularly and wash carefully by hand. Avoid placing heavy items on or near delicate pieces.

Can antiques be displayed outside?
Most items are intended for indoor display. Exposure to sunlight, humidity, or outdoor conditions can damage delicate materials.

Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept major credit and debit cards, as well as secure online payment options via Shopify Payments.

Is checkout secure?

Do you store my payment information?
No. Payment information is handled securely by Shopify and is never stored on our servers.
